An initiative of the Council of Europe, the 2025 European Year of Digital Citizenship Education highlights the importance of equipping every citizen — young and old — with the skills, values, and understanding needed to participate fully and responsibly in digital society. We contribute by ensuring the parent perspective is heard in shaping this new digital landscape

This European Commission initiative brings together governments, businesses, social partners, and NGOs to improve the quality, supply, and image of apprenticeships across Europe. As members, we advocate for the inclusion of parents in vocational education, guidance and career decision-making processes.

The European School Education Platform is the meeting point for all stakeholders in school education — teachers, school leaders, researchers, and families. As contributors, we ensure the role and voice of parents is represented in the exchange of knowledge, practice, and innovation across Europe’s education systems.

We maintain an open channel of cooperation with ESHA to foster mutual understanding between school leadership and families. Together, we aim to cultivate learning environments grounded in respect, trust, and shared responsibility.

Partnerships - European Associations of Institutes for Vocational Training

EVBB is a key network for vocational education providers across Europe. As part of our cooperation, we bring in the parental perspective to strengthen guidance, equity, and support throughout vocational pathways. The main aim of this collaboration is to improve the quality and perception of vocational learning pathways to make them an equal first choice.

As a participating organisation in the Conference of INGOs, we contribute to shaping civil society dialogue at European level. Our role ensures that the voice of parents is included in key discussions on democracy, education, and human rights.

We are proud to collaborate with VMU, a leading Lithuanian university known for its holistic and interdisciplinary approach. Our joint efforts focus on intcluding the parental perspective in research, teacher education, and inclusive schooling, and thus improving quality of education.

The World Alliance for Microcredentials brings together organisations shaping the future of lifelong learning through accessible, verifiable, and flexible qualifications. We contribute by advocating for family-inclusive pathways in the evolving landscape of microcredentials including the certification and recognition of skills gained through parenting.

Celebrated globally each February, Safer Internet Day promotes responsible and positive use of digital technology by children and young people. We support this effort by equipping families with the tools to navigate digital life responsibly and confidently, mitigating risks and building resilience.
