The main topics of the IPA Parent Summit 2024 are the following:

IPA Parent Summit 2024 – Practical info

Registration closes on the 30th of September 2024.
The participation fees include participation in the conference, all meals on the 25th and 26th of October, and transfer from and to Tbilisi Aiport.
There is also an option for a fascinating sightseeing tour in Tbilisi on the 27 October. The fee is 47 euro, including transfers.
Regular registration closes on the 30th of September 2024 (including payment of the registration fee).
Late registration after the 30th of September may be possible on the basis of individual arrangements.

Accomodation
The organisers can book the accommodation for you.
There is a very limited number of rooms available on the Estate:
EUR 59 per night, single occupancy
EUR 82 per night, double occupancy
They will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Additional accommodation in avaliable at two local, pre-booked hotels:
EUR 80-100 per night, single occupancy
EUR 90-120 per night, double occupancy
