The Zero Project Conference 2019 has its focus  on Independent Living and Political Participation.

The three-days-programme will start Wednesday, February 20, in the morning, and will end on Friday, February 22, in the afternoon.

It will consist of a variety of formats, that includes plenary and workshop sessions, an exhibition and the Award Ceremony.
